DESCRIZIONE DELL’OPPORTUNITÀ
All’interno della Direzione Commerciale Folletto, attraverso un percorso di formazione on the job, supporterai il Commercial Reporting Manager nelle attività di preparazione di materiali e presentazioni destinate al management e alla forza vendita, contribuendo alla trasformazione e rappresentazione efficace delle informazioni commerciali attraverso strumenti di comunicazione visiva, impaginazione e organizzazione dei contenuti. Inoltre, collaborerai allo sviluppo di materiali a supporto della comunicazione interna e delle iniziative commerciali, con un focus su chiarezza, efficacia e impatto dei contenuti.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ
- Preparazione di presentazioni PowerPoint e materiali grafici destinati al management e alla forza vendita;
- Impaginazione grafica e organizzazione visual di contenuti commerciali, report e documentazione interna;
- Creazione e aggiornamento di materiali di comunicazione commerciale;
- Collaborazione alla rappresentazione e valorizzazione delle informazioni commerciali attraverso grafici, visual e strumenti di comunicazione visiva;
- Raccolta, organizzazione e strutturazione di dati e contenuti a supporto delle attività commerciali;
- Progetti e dinamiche organizzative del team.
REQUISITI
- Buona conoscenza di PowerPoint;
- Conoscenza intermedia di Excel;
- Buona sensibilità grafica e attenzione alla cura dei contenuti visivi;
- Capacità di organizzare informazioni in modo chiaro e strutturato;
- Gradita conoscenza di strumenti di grafica e impaginazione (es. Canva o simili).
