Key job responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end production lifecycle and execution of high‑impact TV and film marketing campaigns globally, from creative development through to post‑production and campaign delivery.
• Manage all operational aspects of a campaign, including workflow, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets according to the production plan.
• Handle global localisation and trafficking of key promotional materials, including key art, online & offline video, OOH, print, social, display, and channel‑specific requirements (e.g., box art, trailers).
• Maintain appropriate processes, procedures, and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
• Anticipate and mitigate problems, manage daily escalations, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Communicate consistently to stakeholders about progress updates, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications.
• Proactively identify cross‑functional bottlenecks, challenges, and workflow constraints and provide operational solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral, with the ability to follow directions in English.
• 5+ years in a production‑based role managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (TV, digital/social, OOH, and print).
• 5+ years managing large‑scale, global or multi‑territory marketing campaigns.
• Experience working within or alongside cross‑functional marketing and creative teams to deliver campaign assets on time and on budget.
• Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning broadcast, digital, and social channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production and post‑production workflows, including localisation and trafficking of promotional materials (key art, trailers, box art, display, and social).
• Experience managing campaign budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on spend.
• Experience in the entertainment industry (film/TV/streaming) with an understanding of the content marketing lifecycle from greenlight to launch.
