Part-time Remote Customer Support Agent (English, E-commerce)
B2 Solutions S.R.L.
B2 Solutions is a digital agency in Italy. We are looking for a part-time remote customer support agent (English) (about 20 hours/week) to work for our clients.
What you will do:
* Answer customer emails and chats in English for online stores that sell abroad
* Handle order questions, returns and exchanges
* Use help desk tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify inbox)
* Report recurring problems to the team
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in customer support, ideally for e-commerce
* Excellent written English
* Experience with help desk tools
* Reliable internet and power backup
* Able to invoice (registered business or KRA PIN)
* Italian language is a plus
