Sales Assistant

Responsabilities

• Welcome the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, trying to perceive her needs and expectations, providing all necessary information about the product;

• Develop and maintain effective one-on-one relationship customers;

• Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized and stock room;

• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge

• Adhere to Brand Image standards and guidelines;

Skills required

• Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus;

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail;

• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result;

• Maintain an existing client portfolio;

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Strong team player
