Regional Manager, Southern Italy & Naples - Hands-On Leader
NORMAL A/S
NORMAL is expanding in Italy and seeks a Regional Manager for Campania & South of Italy. You will work closely with Store Managers and HQ to drive a hands-on leadership style that elevates sales and customer experience, across Normal stores.
You will be based in the Naples area with high mobility within the South of Italy, traveling 3/4 times a week to stores to lead by example and embed the Normal culture in daily operations.
