Join usView All Jobs## Facilities Managervarese, ItalyApply NowFind out how well you match with this jobRequisition ID Date posted ## **What you’ll do**The Facilities Manager ensures the offices/stores have the required specifications and services to meet the needs of our workforce through 3rd party management whilst being aligned to the Property strategy.The Facilities Manager focusses upon the supervision of a team, who ensure that facilities requirements of the business are pro-actively met to ensure maximum efficiency within the business.Typically reports to the Senior Facilities Manager/Senior Property Manager.## **Who you are**\* Shapes decision making with regards to facilities management, to include shaping relevant policies and processes which drive business and cost efficiencies;\* Manages a team of facilities professionals, in the planning, coordination and delivery of facilities activities (e.g. physical security, construction projects and car fleet);\* Manages third party providers / contracts (e.g. personnel and property security, Catering, groundskeepers and office/post room management);\* Ensures the proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance;\* Ensures implementation of all Health and Safety standards;\* Maintains the Vodafone environmental, office and retail standards with cost optimization;\* Uses advanced analytical thought for optimal utilization to improve facility effectiveness;\* Works effectively with stakeholders, including finance, to create business cases, financial planning and modelling for the facilities function.## **Not a perfect fit?**Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
