Services Senior Specialist - Technical Support

As Services Manager - Technical Support, you drive fast, accurate spare parts support for BH’s installed fleet, enabling reliable operations for commercial partners. You’ll work across Engineering, Technical Assistance, and Global Operations to resolve technical tasks and improve service productivity. You’ll collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners to a) deliver timely insights, b) identify improvements, and c) support business growth in the spare parts domain. This role offers impact across the IET organization, with a clear mission to optimize parts availability and service quality.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Provide technical spare parts support to Commercial partners across the BH installed fleet with accurate, timely responses
- Adapt work across activities to match priorities and workload
- Perform analytics and data management to enable visibility, decision-making, and team objectives
- Identify innovative solutions to boost productivity and support spare parts-driven growth aligned with the Service LRP mission
- Leverage Engineering, Technical Assistance, and Global Operations to ensure fast, accurate resolution of technical tasks
- Collaborate with Commercial Teams and Contractual Performance Managers to provide technical feedback, quality improvements, and risk signals
- Build strong relationships with regional teams and the broader IET organization to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Bachelor in Engineering or Mathematics
- Relevant experience in O&G/Energy industry
- Strong knowledge of spare parts business model, systems and tools
- Excellent technical knowledge of BH products with focus on Operations & Maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of Service-BOM (asset) creation/update and SPIR emission
