HR Cost Controller (Maternity Leave)

The HR Cost Controller (maternity Leave) will support the Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations team in monitoring personnel costs, preparing workforce reports and ensuring the accuracy of HR data. Through data analysis and reporting activities, the role contributes to workforce planning, budgeting processes and HR decision-making, gaining exposure to key HR controlling and compensation topics within an international luxury environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly HR reports on headcount, personnel costs and workforce trends.
• Collect, validate and analyze HR data from different sources and systems.
• Monitor budget versus actual personnel costs and support variance analysis activities.
• Support workforce planning activities by updating organizational and headcount data.
• Assist in collecting information related to hiring plans, organizational changes and employee movements.
• Perform data quality checks and support HR data governance activities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to HR reporting and analytics.

Profile:

• Master's Degree or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, Controlling, Finance, Data Analysis or similar areas.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis). Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Interest in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, SuccessFactors or other HR systems would be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn along with teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 28.000

This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.
