Overview
In questo ruolo supporti lo sviluppo e collaudo del software di Livello 1 per il controllo di macchine e processi in impianti siderurgici. Collabori con team trasversali per garantire funzionalità e performance, dalla redazione di specifiche e documentazione alla messa in servizio. L'opportunità ti permette di operare su soluzioni PLC/HMI avanzate in contesti industriali complessi. Avrai un impatto diretto sull'affidabilità operativa e sull'efficienza dei processi, in un ambiente globale e innovativo.
Responsabilità
- Progettare e collaudare software di Livello 1 per controllo macchinari e processi;
- Sviluppare SW per PLC e HMI e redigere documentazione tecnica;
- Adattare soluzioni standard ai requisiti impianto;
- Redigere specifiche funzionali e documentazione di interfacce con sistemi terzi;
- Sviluppare SW PLC e HMI con gli strumenti di sviluppo;
- Redigere manuale operatore;
- Eseguire collaudo tramite simulazione integrata e verificare conformità;
- Messa in servizio del progetto
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in discipline tecniche (Ingegneria Elettronica, Elettrica, Informatica, Controlli automatici)
- buona conoscenza di algoritmi e strutture dati per problemi computazionali
- buona lettura di documentazione di ingegneria industriale (schemi elettrici, diagrammi di rete, P&ID)
- buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- preferenziale: esperienza con PLC Siemens S7/TIA Portal e/o Rockwell Studio 5000
- esperienza con PLC Siemens S7-1500 e Rockwell Controllogix
- conoscenza/esperienza in ambiente SCADA Wonderware Intouch e/o Siemens WinCC
- Ottima attitudine al lavoro in team
