Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth of overall business beyond service as well. This will require collaborating with team members at the point of impact and across the organization. Identify and implement opportunities to improve, while also operating as a change agent to ensure processes and standard work are being sustained and effective. /ppThis position reports to the Italy Service Manager and is part of the Italy Service Team. The FSE will be based in Triveneto Region (ideally in Padova or Venezia), however the role will be fully remote. /ph3In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To /h3ulliDelight customers through timely and competent response to their needs, coupled with clear communication Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided a professional after-sales service. /liliSupport Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions. Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts (main focus in Medical Microscopy and Compound/Stereo Microscopy) /liliResponds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system Help our organization grow by high quality support of our existing customers and by helping us identify new customers and opportunities during your time in the field /li /ulh3The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include /h3ulliBachelor’s Engineer Degree Required or similar Fluent in English and Italian /liliExcellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to travel within the Triveneto Region and eventually to the rest of Regions in Italy. (Up to 70% travel). Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift, move or carry equipment tools. /li /ulh3It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: /h3ulliExperience in Confocal systems (maintenance and repairs). /liliHandling repairs, calibrations, upgrades and allied tasks. Networking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels. /liliTraining and/or coaching experience. /li /ulpThis role is classified under the applicable CCNL as second-level employee under the Commercio CBA , which defines minimum terms, job classification, and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is € 43.000 - € 57.000 , determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and role-related competencies. /ppThis job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
