Ai Operations Engineer

AI OPERATIONS ENGINEER - FULL REMOTE

1. YOUR ROLE

- You will be responsible for the operational management and industrialization of AI solutions within an AWS-based environment.

- You will support the transition of AI/ML models from prototype to production.

- You will ensure robustness, reliability, and scalability of enterprise AI platforms.

- You will contribute to the definition of technical standards and model evaluation frameworks.

️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and manage AI infrastructure and architecture on AWS (MLOps, cloud architecture).

- Implement deployment, monitoring, and validation pipelines for AI/ML models.

- Define governance, control, and trust mechanisms for AI solutions.

- Ensure scalability and performance of AI applications in production environments.

- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to industrialize AI models.

✅ 3. REQUIREMENTS

- 2/3 years of experience in AI/ML Operations (MLOps).

- Solid expertise in AWS cloud architecture.

- Proven experience in deploying and scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments.

- Nice to have: experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, or similar).

- Strong ability to manage complex, distributed technical platforms.

4. WHAT WE OFFER

• The compensation for this role ranges between €27.000 and €33.000 . The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
