Bulberry Studio is looking for an AI-Assisted UI Artist to join Wargard — a mobile tactical PvP strategy game set in an alternative ancient-inspired universe.
We’re looking for a hybrid specialist who combines two skill sets: a hands-on artist who can draw and polish visuals manually, and a UI designer who understands structure, readability, hierarchy, and Figma workflows.
AI tools are part of our pipeline, but not a replacement for artistic skill. We need someone who can guide AI with precise feedback, overpaint results, fix details by hand, and bring assets to final game-ready quality.
How We Work
We are a small team with little bureaucracy and a short path from idea to implementation.
We prefer to build fast, test fast, learn from player feedback, and improve through iterations instead of spending months designing something perfect in theory. Our principle is simple: better done than perfect , then polished step by step.
Remote & Communication
The role is fully remote. Our team is spread across Europe, from Cyprus to Georgia, so clear communication, proactivity, and experience working full-time in a remote team are important.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Create UI assets for mobile game screens: backgrounds, icons, panels, buttons, rewards, badges, and decorative elements.
Design and assemble interface layouts in Figma using components, variants, auto layout, styles, and design systems.
⚔️ Explore visual ideas for battle levels, unit cards, units, events, and meta-game features.
Use AI tools to generate directions, variations, moodboards, and concepts — then refine the results through targeted edits and clear visual feedback.
️ Prepare assets with mobile constraints in mind: readability, texture sizes, atlases, compression, and implementation needs.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
️ Strong drawing skills and solid artistic foundation.
Experience designing and rendering UI for mobile games.
Understanding of mobile UX, visual hierarchy, clarity, and interaction logic.
Confident Figma workflow: components, variants, auto layout, styles, and scalable UI systems.
Good visual awareness in midcore/hardcore games: strategies, battlers, RPGs, CCGs, and similar genres.
Practical experience using AI tools in a production workflow.
Nice to Have️ Interest in strategy games, tactical games, ancient civilizations, mythology, and historical visual themes.
