Overview
In questa posizione, ti occuperai di guidare il recupero di progetti e servizi critici, riportandoli a standard di qualità operativa. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team e stakeholder di alto livello per stabilizzare l'esecuzione e riallineare agli obiettivi contrattuali e di customer satisfaction. Sarai responsabile di definire azioni mirate, guidare la governance di recovery e mettere in pratica interventi efficaci sulla delivery. Il ruolo offre l'opportunità di incidere su programmi complessi, trasformando criticità in miglioramenti concreti e sostenibili. Ti aspetta un contesto dinamico dove leadership, metodo e decision making veloce sono chiave per il successo.

Responsabilità
- Assessment indipendente della situazione critica e governance di recovery
- Root Cause Analysis delle cause strutturali della criticità
- Definizione del Recovery Plan con azioni, responsabilità e milestone
- Recovery Leadership per guidare l'esecuzione del piano
- Team Governance coordinando Project Manager, Service Manager e tech lead
- Monitoring & Escalation di avanzamento, milestone e rischi
- Interventi sulla Delivery e possibile sostituzione di figure chiave
- Executive Governance per decisioni oltre mandato operativo (recessi, rinegoziazioni)
- Stabilizzazione e Hand-back al Client Portfolio Manager e Project Manager/Service Manager
- Continuous Improvement mediante lesson learned e standard di delivery
Requisiti fondamentali
- Consolidata esperienza in ruoli senior di Program/Delivery Management in contesti SI/IT o sistemi complessi
- Esperienza end-to-end su programmi/progetti complessi con gestione di alti livelli di criticità
- Esperienza in recovery e remediation plan su progetti con problematiche di delivery/qualità/tempo/relazione con cliente
- Conoscenza di metodologie di Project e Program Management, Delivery Governance e Risk Management
- Capacità di assessment strutturati, identificazione root cause e definizione di priotità/azioni correttive
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di Project Manager, Service Manager e team multidisciplinari
- Capacità di interpretare economics e indicatori economico-finanziari per governance
- Gestione di stakeholder senior ed executive e escalation con clienti strategici
- Leadership autorevole e decision making in contesti ad alta pressione
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e gestione dei conflitti
- Capacità di bilanciare visione di programma e aspetti operativi della delivery
