Account Partner - Development Cloud - Southern Europe

Overview

As Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will nurture and expand strategic relationships with Pharma and Biotech clients, driving sales across Clinical, Quality, and Safety solutions. You'll steer account vision, coordinate cross-functional resources, and own complex sales cycles to hit revenue targets. You'll stay ahead of industry trends and translate challenges into innovative, customer-centric solutions. This role sits at the intersection of life sciences and software, delivering impact at scale in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Responsabilità

• Develop and implement account vision, strategy and ways of working
• Serve as custodian of customer needs and advocate for them
• Manage complex sales cycles with internal/external resources
• Monitor industry trends and address customer business challenges
• Act with urgency, integrity, and customer focus
• Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years in sales and/or consulting, with at least 3 years in life sciences
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
• Consultative sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
• Strategic account planning and execution skills
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage customers from end users to C-level
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Passion for solving customer business problems
• Business proficiency in English and Italian or Spanish
