We look forward to getting to know you. /p pfull time - unlimited /p h3Your contribution to the energy transition /h3 pAs our OM Manager (technical) you are responsible for the overall performance and reliability of a portfolio of photovoltaic plants. The role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and client management, ensuring that all assets are operated and maintained in compliance with contractual, safety, and performance requirements. /p pYou’ll coordinate subordinate OM resources, while also personally managing a portfolio of Solar PV plants, including client interface, subcontractors, and technical decision-making. This positions reports into our Team Leader for OM and will be based in-office preferably in Verona however Milan based is also an option. /p pYou can look forward to the following tasks: /p ul liSupervision and analysis of a photovoltaic system park via remote monitoring system /li liCollection and management of alarms from the control room / SCADA /li liDefine and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies /li liManagement of interventions to restore the plants. /li liTechnical analysis of problems on the PV plants and identify potential solutions /li liPlanning, scheduling, and controlling of preventive maintenance /li liOn-site inspections and on-site supervision of major maintenance works /li liSupport in the management of plant improvement / revamping projects /li liReporting /li liPreparation of economic offers /li liCommunications with customers /li liAvailability to work during weekend /li liSupport to the relevant other company functions (legal, finance, treasury etc.) /li liReviews safety and environmental documentation on site /li liSupport hiring, onboarding, and development of OM personnel /li liEnsure compliance with OM contracts, SLAs, and KPIs /li liSelect, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors /li liIdentify and implement process improvements /li /ul h3Your energy is required /h3 pYou impress us with these qualifications: /p ul liTechnical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields /li li5 to 10 years of experience in Operations Maintenance of photovoltaic plants /li liAdditional certifications in photovoltaic systems, safety (e.g. PES/PAV), or maintenance are considered a plus /li liProven experience in team coordination or management /li liHands-on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platforms /li liFamiliarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and performance optimization /li liKnowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) /li liAbility to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset /li liWillingness to travel and work on-site, including outdoor and remote locations /li liKnowledge of digital tools for reporting and data collection (e.g. mobile apps, Excel, CMMS platforms) /li /ul h3Your energy booster at JUWI /h3 pAt JUWI, an inspiring working environment awaits you.
