La risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività di origination, analisi e valutazione di opportunità di investimento, execution delle operazioni e monitoraggio delle partecipate.
Principali responsabilità
- Analisi di società target e settori di mercato;
- Predisposizione di modelli finanziari e valutazioni d'azienda;
- Supporto nelle attività di due diligence e nell'esecuzione delle operazioni;
- Redazione di investment memo, presentazioni e documentazione a supporto dei processi decisionali;
- Monitoraggio delle performance delle società in portafoglio e supporto alle attività di reporting;
- Interazione con advisor esterni, management team e altri stakeholder coinvolti nelle operazioni.
Competenze ed esperienza
Requisiti
- Laurea in discipline economico-finanziarie;
- Esperienza di 2-4 anni maturata in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance o contesti affini;
- Solide competenze di analisi finanziaria e modellistica;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Spiccate capacità analitiche;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire più attività contemporaneamente;
- Proattività, autonomia e orientamento ai risultati.

- Esposizione diretta alle operazioni di investimento e al management delle società partecipate;
- Pacchetto retributivo indicativamente 50.000-60.000 di RAL, commisurato all'esperienza, bonus.
