Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to succeed in this position. /ppThis position is based in bCadrezzate con Osmate (VA), Italy /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliWorks with the unit’s business functions to understand needs /liliManage all purchasing activities including supplier contracts, price negotiations, and RFQ management for your own area of responsibility /liliAct as the contract owner for direct material suppliers and support the implementation of global/area category plans /liliIdentify and drive new cost savings initiatives to support profitability /liliManage supplier quality and on-time delivery in collaboration with the stakeholders. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, or business) /lili3 or more years work experience in procurement /liliExperience in leading supplier negotiations and managing supplier relationships with local, regional, and global suppliers /liliFamiliarity with SAP is an asset /liliKnowledge of electrification and/or electronics supply markets and technology is an asset /liliAbility to work independently and effectively in a multinational environment /liliFluent English and Italian other languages are an asset /liliWillingness for short business trips within the European Union (and, occasionally, to China) /li /ulh3Employment Terms /h3ulliEmployment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry /liliGross annual salary starting from €48,000, commensurate with experience and skills /liliThe compensation package is complemented by variable incentives and company benefits /li /ulh3Why Join Us /h3pThis position offers a unique opportunity to learn and improve your skills within the area of purchasing and support your professional growth.
