ppAs a Senior Process Analyst in KOS PLAN DELIVERY Europe, you will lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives. You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a Senior Process Analyst, you will lead continuous-improvement projects, diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) processes, evaluate logistics investments, manage or lead logistics and planning teams or projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction. /li liDiagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps. /li liDesign and improve Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines. /li liEvaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns. /li liManage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas. /li liCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance. /li liUse planning data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions, planning reliability and performance management. /li liUnderstand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning. /li liFacilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions. /li liCoach and develop less experienced team members in analytical methods, improvement approaches and stakeholder management. /li liPrepare clear business cases, executive-level recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates. /li liEnsure improvements are implemented sustainably and embedded into management routines, planning processes and operating standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4–6 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company or in operations consulting. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience delivering continuous-improvement projects in logistics, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction. /li liStrong knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning principles, processes, governance and decision-making routines. /li liThe ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments in hardware and software, including business-case development and return assessment. /li liExperience managing Logistics and/or Planning teams, or leading consulting projects in these functional areas. /li liKnowledge of the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning. /li liA strong understanding of planning, warehouse, internal logistics, inventory and supply-chain performance management. /li liThe ability to connect operational, technological and financial perspectives when defining improvement priorities. /li liLeadership, influencing and communication skills, with a structured, results-oriented and collaborative approach. /li liCuriosity and the ability to quickly understand new technologies, processes and industrial environments. /li liEnglish proficiency at a minimum C1 level. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liEarly responsibility and hands-on opportunities to work with manufacturing and operational teams across Europe. /li liStructured, on-the-job learning and development, supported by experienced colleagues and continuous feedback. /li liAn open, collaborative and international environment where diverse perspectives are valued. /li liThe opportunity to build expertise across industries, processes and technologies while making a practical impact. /li liA culture that encourages you to be yourself and bring your ideas to the table. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
