pSiamo alla ricerca di un* strongSupply Chain Manager /strong che, riportando direttamente all’Amministratore Delegato, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e ottimizzare l’intera Supply Chain aziendale, dalla previsione della domanda alla pianificazione della produzione e degli approvvigionamenti. /ppLa figura contribuirà all’efficienza operativa e alla crescita di Cotril, garantendo elevati livelli di servizio e supportando le decisioni strategiche dell’azienda. /ppbr / /ppstrongPrincipali responsabilità /strong /ppemSupply Planning e Pianificazione: /em /pulliDefinire piani di produzione e approvvigionamento di medio termine; br / /liliGestire e ottimizzare i processi MRP; br / /liliMonitorare fabbisogni, coperture e livelli di servizio; br / /liliSchedulazione produzione linee interne e pianificazione conto lavoro/terzisti. /li /ulpbr / /ppemDemand Planning e Sales Forecasti /emng: sviluppare modelli previsionali in collaborazione con marketing e commerciale. /ppbr / /ppemStock Management: /em /pulliAnalizzare giacenze, rotazioni e obsolescenze; br / /liliRidurre inefficienze, sprechi e overstock; br / /liliDefinire politiche di riordino e scorte di sicurezza. /li /ulpbr / /ppemProcurement e Supplier Management: /em /pulliGuidare il forecast acquisti; br / /liliMonitorare performance e criticità dei fornitori; br / /liliContrattazione con fornitori; br / /liliCoordinare fornitori e partner produttivi esterni. /li /ulpbr / /ppemContinuous Improvement: /em /pulliOttimizzare processi e flussi della Supply Chain; br / /liliImplementare logiche Lean e strumenti di miglioramento continuo; br / /liliSupportare l’evoluzione organizzativa dell’area. /li /ulpbr / /ppemGestione e sviluppo del Team Supply Chain: /em /pulli2 risorse Procurement; br / /lili2 risorse Pianificazione; br / /lili1 risorsa Programmazione della produzione. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongChi cerchiamo /strong /pulliDiploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Industriale o discipline affini; br / /liliEsperienza di circa 10 anni in ruoli di Supply Chain, Planning; br / /liliSolida esperienza in Demand Planning, MRP, Procurement e Forecast; br / /liliOttima conoscenza dei sistemi ERP; br / /liliOttima padronanza di Excel e degli strumenti di analisi dati; br / /liliConoscenza di metodologie Lean e/o Six Sigma; br / /liliPreferibile esperienza in contesti produttivi cosmetici, chimici. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSoft skills /strong /pulliForte capacità analitica e orientamento al dato; br / /liliLeadership e capacità di coordinare e sviluppare team performanti; br / /liliAttitudine al problem solving e al miglioramento continuo; br / /liliCapacità di operare in contesti dinamici e in evoluzione. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCosa offriamo /strong /pulliInserimento in una realtà italiana dinamica e in forte crescita nel settore cosmetico; br / /liliOpportunità di contribuire all’evoluzione dei processi e dell’organizzazione aziendale; br / /liliAssunzione a tempo indeterminato.
