Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements.Analyze new change requests, design solutions and guide developers in implementation.Support the development teams and supervise the design, testing and modification stages.Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to schedules.Expert in root cause analysis for incidents and bugs, facilitating permanent solutions for recurring incidents.
Preferred Background
Experience with incident handling and problem solving in an L3 support team.Experience in projects dealing with file interfaces and protocols.Service-minded, taking responsibility within relevant working areas.Ability to work independently and quickly acquire necessary knowledge and technologies.Strong communication skills, appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment.Structured and analytical working style.
