ppThe roleThe candidate for this role will not just build relationships with High School counselors and educators but also foster connections that drive change in our enrollment process. The mission of the role would be to empower and uplift counselors, equipping them with the knowledge and motivation to champion Hult International Business Schools Bachelor programs. You will be responsible for tailoring our communication and approach to meet the unique needs of each school, ensuring that the Hult brand shines uniquely in every interaction. This role will involve significant fieldwork and direct engagement with both students and counselors. Traveling in your local market will be essential for success. /ph3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3h3Relationship Management /h3ulliIdentify profiles, priorities, and strategies for each school and counselor relationship. /liliConsistently review school priorities to ensure alignment with our communication and strategy. /liliEnsure regular check-ins both in person and online, adapting the frequency of outreach to the needs of the school/counselor. /liliConduct regular surveys and insight meetings to identify areas for improvement. /liliManage relationships between schools and the Hult enrollment department, ensuring queries and concerns are handled effectively and efficiently. /li /ulh3Business Development /h3ulliIdentify areas of opportunity with schools to generate enrollment volume. /liliBuild counselor and school portfolios through regular outreach and sourcing of potential new relationships. /liliCollaborate with other Enrollment Advisors on student pipelines and strategies to improve conversion from key schools. /liliMaintain accurate Salesforce records on student pipelines and school pipelines. /li /ulh3Training and Product Knowledge /h3ulliEducate counselors and students on the Hult mission and values as well as our unique and innovative learning approach /liliAdapt the type of content shared to fit the needs and goals of each school. /liliRegularly assess the level of confidence of counselors in positioning Hult correctly with students. /li /ulh3Event Planning and Execution /h3ulliIdentify appropriate events for students and counselors throughout the enrollment cycle. /liliCollaborate with cross-departmental teams to plan and execute events effectively. /liliAnalyze the impact and effectiveness of events and adapt accordingly. /li /ulh3Data Analysis and Forecasting /h3ulliRegularly analyze relationship engagement through activity tracking on Salesforce. /liliIdentify areas of opportunity and areas for improvement from both sides of the relationship. /liliTrack the performance of schools for levels of applications, acceptances, and confirmations. /liliUse analysis to identify the priority of each school, adjusting their position on the priority scale depending on performance. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills required /h3ulliBachelor’s degree. /liliEnglish and Italian proficiency (required). /liliExcellent attention to detail. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliProven track record in business development, sales, or related roles. /liliStrong organizational and time-management abilities. /liliAbility to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities. /liliStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. /liliFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. /liliExperience in higher education is a plus, but not mandatory. /li /ulpDare Mighty Things.
