You will translate complex business needs into impactful solutions, ensuring that initiatives generate value, drive adoption and support strategic priorities across the organization.Responsible AI & Cross-Functional CollaborationYou will promote a culture of responsible, ethical and trusted use of data and AI, while collaborating across commercial, operational and corporate functions. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, enabling innovation while ensuring governance, compliance and sustainable execution.What Makes You Unique5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Data Products, Business Intelligence or related transformation initiatives.Proven ability to lead complex projects and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.Strong understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms and AI technologies; experience with Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks is considered a strong plus.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.Strong business mindset, curiosity and passion for leveraging data and AI to solve real business challenges and create measurable impact.Fluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.What We OfferYour Journey with Us.
