Join KPMG Advisory in Milan as part of the Financial Services Team to drive transformation for banking and insurance clients. You’ll shape strategic growth, business plans, and complex reorganizations, focusing on process efficiency and digitization. You collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects that redefine operating models and performance. This role offers exposure to national and international initiatives within a global advisory firm, with a strong emphasis on development and inclusion.Responsibilities
- Define strategic development and growth opportunities in the banking and insurance sector
- Develop industrial and business plans
- Conduct feasibility studies for new businesses and innovative products
- Manage complex strategic reorganizations and integration deals
- Define and implement operating models and performance improvement programs
- Analyze market trends and benchmark major financial segments
- Support digitization and use of innovative technological solutions
- Shape business strategy for major financial institutions (e.g., distribution networks, pricing)
- Master in Management Engineering / Finance / Management or related field
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent English language skills, ideally with study/work abroad experience
