RED Program 2026 - Engineering Track

Thermo Fisher Scientific offers a structured development program for engineering graduates at its pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino, Italy. Participants complete three job rotations across functional groups to prepare for permanent engineering roles in a contract manufacturing environment focused on injectable and biologic drugs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three sequential job rotations across different functional engineering groups
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing and technical projects
• Apply analytical skills to problem-solving in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Support development of solutions impacting customers in injectable and biologics manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Management Engineering, or related field
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques
• Motivated attitude with commitment to continuous development
• Pharma industry or international experience preferred
