In this role you drive the end-to-end development of Subsea XT technologies, turning customer needs into market-ready products. You’ll lead design, testing, and qualification while coordinating global teams to meet timelines and budgets. You’ll shape innovative subsea solutions and mentor engineers, with opportunities to create patents and influence product strategy. • Develop Subsea XT technologies matching customer needs and advancing new solutions
• Create designs, detailed drawings, stack-up drawings, BOMs, calculations, and lead qualification and system integration testing
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management
• Lead global teams and apply DFMA principles across functions
• Provide technical guidance and peer reviews; mentor engineers in a diverse team
• Identify new opportunities, explore ideas, and pursue patents; conduct Freedom to Operate and monitor market trends

Responsabilità

• Proven design engineering experience for Subsea Production Systems
• Strong CAD skills (3D modeling, detailed drawings) and understanding of GD&T and DFMA
• Experience with CAD CREO(PRO-E) and TeamCenter/PLM
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently
• Willingness to develop professionally; Chartered Engineer is desirable
