SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics to support offshore construction and offshore wind projects. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging all accounting activities issued towards international third parties. /liliHandling passive and active invoices in line with contractual provisions and internal procedures. /liliManaging international tax compliance aspects (VAT, withholding tax, intrastat declarations, etc.). /liliScheduling invoice payments in accordance with internal payments calendar and maintaining supplier ledger cards to ensure accuracy of company records. /liliElaborating on-demand analyses and reports and performing internal controls to assure the correctness of activities performed. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibEducation: /b Accounting Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics. /lilibBackground: /b At least 2/3 years of experience. /lilibLanguages: /b Good knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B2); knowledge of French or Portuguese is appreciated. /lilibTechnical Knowledge: /b Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel); SAP knowledge is appreciated. /lilibWhat else should you know? /b Accuracy, analytical thinking, proactivity, and willingness to grow in an international and diverse environment. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ullibPermanent Contract: /b CCNL Energia e Petrolio; pay not lower than €38,000. /lilibHybrid working model: /b Smart working options and flexible hours to support work-life balance. /liliOne Saipem Way soft skills model promotes skills development, career growth, and innovation through collaboration to achieve common goals. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
