ph3Informazioni sull'azienda /h3pPrestigioso Gruppo alberghiero – Abano Terme (PD) con strutture 4 stelle, 5 stelle e 5 stelle Lusso, ricerca un/una Operation Performance Manager. /ph3Informazioni sul ruolo /h3pLa figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Direzione del Gruppo e con i responsabili delle diverse strutture e aree operative, con l’obiettivo di monitorare e migliorare le performance operative ed economiche degli hotel, contribuendo allo sviluppo di un sistema di gestione strutturato e orientato ai risultati. /ph3Responsabilità /h3ulliAnalizzare l’organizzazione e i processi delle diverse strutture. /liliIndividuare i principali driver di performance. /liliSviluppare e consolidare KPI, budget, forecast, dashboard e reporting direzionale. /liliSupportare la Direzione nell’individuazione di: /liliprincipali aree di costo e marginalità; /liliscostamenti rispetto a budget e forecast; /lilicause delle inefficienze; /liliopportunità di efficientamento; /liliazioni per migliorare produttività, organizzazione e redditività. /li /ulh3Qualifiche /h3ulliEsperienza concreta e comprovata nel settore alberghiero, maturata in ruoli di operations, controllo di gestione, performance management o funzioni analoghe, preferibilmente in strutture 4★, 5★ o 5★ Lusso con Spa, Wellness e/o Centro Termale; /liliResidenza o domicilio nella provincia di Padova o nelle province limitrofe, tale da consentire una presenza quotidiana nelle strutture del Gruppo. /li /ulh3Competenze richieste /h3ulliEsperienza nel settore alberghiero in ruoli di operations, controllo di gestione, performance management o analoghi; /liliEsperienza preferibilmente in strutture 4★, 5★ e/o 5★ Lusso; /liliConoscenza delle dinamiche di strutture con Spa, Wellness e/o Centro Termale; /liliCompetenza in budgeting, forecasting e analisi degli scostamenti; /liliConoscenza dei principali KPI alberghieri e delle logiche di marginalità; /liliOttima padronanza di Excel; /liliFamiliarità con PMS, ERP e strumenti di Business Intelligence; /liliCapacità di sviluppare dashboard e reporting direzionale; /liliCapacità di leggere e interpretare il PL; /liliAutonomia, capacità analitica e forte orientamento alla soluzione; /liliCapacità di dialogare efficacemente con Direzione e responsabili operativi. /li /ulh3Competenze preferite /h3ulliEsperienza in contesti di alta gamma e lusso. /li /ulh3Dichiarazione di pari opportunità /h3pNon cerchiamo semplicemente una persona che produca report.
