# Operations Excellence Support# Genoa, ItalyPosted on:May 20, 2026**About Atlantic Gate**Atlantic Gate is a dynamic, mid-sized international freight forwarding company with a strong global footprint and a focus on integrated logistics solutions.With our own offices worldwide and a trusted partner network, we deliver seamless, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics services across global markets.As we continue to grow, our Genoa office plays a key role in strengthening our operational excellence and supporting our international expansion.**Your Role**As Operations Excellence Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core systems and processes.You will act as the first point of contact for operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation platforms), supporting users, maintaining data quality, and contributing to process optimization across the business.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, systems, and continuous improvement in an international environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Administer and maintain core operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation and contract platforms), including user management and data integrity- Provide first-line support to operational teams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and system providers- Ensure adherence to system workflows, SOPs, and data quality standards, identifying and addressing process gaps- Support system enhancements, testing, and rollouts, working closely with internal teams and external vendors- Develop and maintain training materials and support onboarding and user training initiatives- Perform data quality checks and support operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency**Your Profile**- Degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or systems support is a strong advantage- Familiarity with TMS, CRM, ERP, or similar systems- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally- Work in an international, fast-growing logistics company- Exposure to global systems and cross-regional operations- Play a key role in driving operational excellence and system improvements- Opportunities for learning, development, and career progression- Collaborative and entrepreneurial working environmentJoin us and be part of shaping the operational backbone of a growing global logistics network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
