We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the people’s agenda and will also lead the people attraction and recruitment during the launch of a new manufacturing site. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a strategic greenfield project, building the workforce from the ground up and shaping the site’s employer brand within the local community. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy that supports the installation, start-up and operational ramp-up of a modern and highly automated production facility. You will work within a global organization committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement. /p pbPosition Snapshot /b /p ul liNestlé Purina Italy, Greenfield Project Mantova /li liPermanent and full-time role /li liNestlé welcomes people with disabilities /li liAt least 7 years of experience in HR roles /li liProven experience managing high-volume recruitment projects /li liExperience in supporting industrial/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred /li liPrevious involvement in greenfield, startup or large-scale workforce build-up projects is a strong plus /li liStrong stakeholder management and project management skills /li liExperience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives /li liItalian and English fluent /li liCompensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €65.000,00. /li /ul pbPosition Summary /b /p pYou will be responsible for the people’s agenda and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people’s plans aligned with business agenda. You will start leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site, ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of the workforce required to support all project phases, and you will be soon the key point of contact for all the themes related to people. /p pbA day in the life of an HR Business Partner: /b /p ul liContribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. /li liSupport the organizational short-and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. /li liCo-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit.
