We are looking for you to join the heart of our bOperations /b team! /ppAt Clivet, you will take an active role in our transition toward increasingly lean production models, applying bLean methodologies /b directly on the shop floor. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities: /h3ullibProcess Analysis: /b Map value streams (bVSM /b) to identify waste and bottlenecks within production lines. /lilibKaizen 5S: /b Support the organization and execution of improvement workshops focused on bStandardization /b and b5S /b. /lilibKPI Monitoring: /b Help implement dashboards to measure the effectiveness of projects (bOEE, Lead Time, Service Level /b). /lilibLean Digitalization: /b Contribute to integrating digital tools into the Clivet production system (bSmart Manufacturing /b). /lilibCross-functional Collaboration: /b Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to drive smooth change management. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For: /h3ullibBackground: /b Final-year student or Recent Graduate in bManagement Engineering, Mechanical Engineering /b, or related fields. /lilibLean Mindset: /b Knowledge (even if theoretical) of Lean pillars: bJIT, Jidoka, Kanban, SMED, and WCM /b. /lilibSoft Skills: /b Intellectual curiosity and a b"hands-on" approach /b (spending time on the shop floor is essential!). /lilibData Driven: /b Strong analytical skills and communication abilities to engage operators in the process. /lilibLanguages: /b Good command of bEnglish /b (we are part of a major international group). /li /ulh3What We Offer: /h3ulliInternship or Fixed-term contract /liliCompensation commensurate with your experience.
