Overview
In questo ruolo guiderai l’industrializzazione, la sostenibilità e l’innovazione dei materiali Denim. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con fornitori, laboratori e reparti Prodotto per assicurare qualità, conformità e delivery puntuale. Sarai punto di riferimento tecnico per decisioni di fattibilità, gestione rischi e sviluppo di competenze di categoria. L’opportunità combina innovazione, gestione progetti globali e impatto sul prodotto finale, in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.

- Approvvigionamento e validazione materiali della collezione, gestione scorte e showroom dei materiali
- Coordinare messa a punto dei materiali e garantire consegna per Fabric to Sketch, con escalations in caso di ritardi
- Ricerca nuovi fornitori di processi e partecipazione a fiere e progetti di innovazione
- Gestione stato avanzamento messa a punto materiali presso fornitori e controllo qualità
- Coordinamento tecnico tra Area Materiali e Area Prodotto sulle decisioni di fattibilità e test di materiali
- Condurre analisi di rischi e transizioni di consegna tra produzione, laboratorio e produttori durante prototipazione
- Sviluppo competenze di categoria e monitoraggio concorrenza
- Proposte di ottimizzazione costi materiali e PRI prodotti
- Conoscenza specialistica del Denim
- Esperienza nello sviluppo prodotto e in laboratorio o lavanderia
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e a Parigi
- Inglese professionale; francese è un plus
- Capacità organizzative e coordinamento di progetti complessi
- Competenza in strumenti informatici e di reportistica (Excel, Outlook, PLM)
