• Stay Ahead with Monitoring: Set up proactive monitoring and logging to catch issues before they matter.
• Master Containerization: Develop and orchestrate containerized apps with modern tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, etc.).
• Bridge Dev & Ops: Be the connector, fostering collaboration and improving workflows across teams.
• Champion Security: Apply best practices for access, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Optimize Performance: Continuously tune systems for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Document for Success: Keep clear, accessible documentation to support onboarding and compliance.
