Lead, Threat Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Track external threat actors, campaigns, tactics, and infrastructure across open and closed sources.
• Build and maintain Python pipelines to ingest, normalize, and enrich threat data from internal systems, external feeds, and intelligence partnerships.
• Conduct on-chain analysis across blockchain activity and build monitoring systems to surface suspicious behavior.
• Write actionable threat assessments for legal, compliance, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Convert intelligence findings into working detections and automated defenses with Product and Security.
• Manage external intelligence-provider relationships and integrate supplied data into internal systems and workflows.
• Identify intelligence coverage gaps and independently close them before they are exploited.

Requirements

• Demonstrated threat intelligence experience tracking external actors, conducting collection and analysis, and influencing defensive action.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, detection development, and automation.
• On-chain analysis experience in crypto contexts, including following adversarial activity across chains.
• Understanding of crypto-specific threats, including irreversibility, pseudonymity, and cross-border actors.
• Ability to write clear assessments that legal and compliance teams can use for real decisions.
• Strong independent judgment, prioritization, and ability to build without a detailed brief.
• Preferred: experience tracking sophisticated or state-linked threat actors.
• Preferred: experience building threat intelligence platforms, feed automation, or large-scale enrichment pipelines.
• Preferred: experience with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic.
• Preferred: brand protection or anti-abuse experience at scale.
• Preferred: experience at a crypto-native or prediction-market platform.
