Sap Pp/Ps Specialist (M/W/D)

Responsibilities
Support, develop, and optimise SAP Production Planning (PP) and Project System (PS) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third‑party systems.Collaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure PP/PS modules accordingly.Lead and participate in projects for SAP PP/PS implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.G., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability.Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP PP/PS‑related issues and coordinate with external service providers.Conduct end‑user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
SAP certifications are advantageous.Previous years of experience in a similar role, facing the implementation, management and further development of SAP modules, ideally in manufacturing or project‑based environments.In‑depth knowledge of SAP PP/PS configuration and support, with solid customising expertise and integration knowledge across SAP modules (MM/SD, FI/CO, QM, DWH).Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes within SAP, as well as hands‑on experience with their implementation, rollouts and upgrades.Good knowledge of IT‑Application Management best practices and agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate requirements with business departments and IT.Very good knowledge of English, Italian and/or German.
