Data & BI Specialist (m/f/d)

• Building, maintaining and developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Designing data models and automating processes using Power Query, DAX and Python
• Connecting and integrating various data sources (e.g. ERP, CRM, databases)
• Using cloud services such as Fabric for data analytics and reporting
• Supporting process analysis by providing data and KPIs
• Closely collaborating with business departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

What you bring along:

• Degree or vocational training in business informatics, computer science or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Power Query
• Experience with Python for data preparation and automation
• Skills in SQL, DAX and ideally Microsoft Fabric
• Analytical mindset and ability to present complex data in a clear way
• Team-oriented personality with structured and clear communication
• Good command of German and English, Italian is an advantage

• The proposed starting salary is €30,000 gross per annum (full-time) – with a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on professional experience and qualifications – in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Retail Sector (CNEL Code: H011) for the Province of Bolzano
