Senior Compliance Investigator

Experteer OverviewIn this role you support the Global Head of Investigations by leading global compliance investigations, ensuring legal and policy adherence. You will manage end-to-end case workflows, coordinate with Legal, HR and Internal Audit, and mentor junior investigators. You’ll apply cross-cultural judgment to uphold integrity and foster a speak‑up culture, while driving process improvements. This is a growth‑focused opportunity at a global company committed to ethical standards and continuous learning.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead global investigations and manage the end-to-end wing-to-wing process (intake, strategy, interviews, evidence review, reporting)Draft detailed investigative reports and maintain confidential case management recordsUpdate case management tools and ensure file accuracy and timely registry updatesPresent findings to management and relevant stakeholders as neededCollaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions to develop corrective action plansSupport process and data improvements, including template/tool enhancementsLead and support training and awareness campaigns to promote a speak‑up cultureMonitor regulatory and legal requirements related to whistleblowing and investigationsMentor junior investigators and contribute to team developmentResponsabilità7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or related roles with prior investigation experienceStrong analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with business and financial acumenOrganized, reliable, discreet with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to influence and operate within a cross‑cultural contextTeam player with cultural awareness and curiosityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
experience with case management tools is a plusFluency in English;
