That reliability is why partners across the world trust the celduc® name. /p h3WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS /h3 pWe are expanding our presence in Italy and want to be closer to the distributors, partners and customers who rely on us. /p pReporting directly to the Sales Director in France, you will be the face of celduc® relais in the Italian market. You will be responsible for developing sales across Italy, strengthening our existing customer and distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities and turning our technical expertise into long-term partnerships. /p pYou will have significant autonomy in developing the Italian market while benefiting from the technical and commercial support of our teams in France. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liIdentify and analyze customer pain points to inform commercial strategy and solution positioning. /li liDrive revenue growth within your territory in alignment with volume and margin objectives set by management. /li liDevelop a structured prospecting plan, secure validation from the Sales Director, and execute it with discipline and consistency. /li liProspect, negotiate, and sell solutions tailored to customer technical requirements, promoting our product quality, technical value, and full compliance with applicable standards. /li liAct as a commercial ambassador for celduc®, promoting the brand through marketing initiatives and in-person presence at distributor and agent locations across your region. /li liConduct regular customer visits and distribution network audits to strengthen partnerships and accelerate business development. /li liMonitor market trends and competitive dynamics, and recommend strategic priorities and growth opportunities to the Sales Director. /li liContinuously enhance your technical expertise in collaboration with the design office and RD teams. /li liOversee pre-sales and after-sales activities, including customer feedback analysis and support for timely payment collection. /li liProvide accurate and structured commercial reporting to management. /li liManage and optimize the communication and advertising budget allocated to your territory. /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 ul liA Master's-level (Bac+5) technical-sales profile or equivalent, comfortable working at the crossroads of engineering and business development. /li liStrong command of sales and negotiation techniques, with genuine technical curiosity for the products and applications you sell. /li liAn excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with customers, distributors and partners. /li liFluent in Italian, with a good professional command of English and French. /li liBased in Italy and willing to travel frequently throughout the country to visit customers, distributors and prospects. /li liAutonomous, results-oriented and comfortable developing a market with significant responsibility and freedom of action. /li liMotivated by international business and by working closely with a French industrial manufacturer. /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 ul liAn attractive package, fixed plus performance-based variable tailored to your profile and competences. /li liReal ownership of the Italian market and a direct reporting line to the Sales Director in France. /li liA flat, agile, family-spirited French manufacturer where your results are visible and rewarded. /li liThe pride of selling reliable, sustainable, 100% French-made technology that customers keep coming back for. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
