Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end‑to‑end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user‑focused, high‑performing digital experiences. Reporting to the Country Marketing Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment. It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking. /pp“Acts as a Feature Owner, responsible for one or more local assets and manages the delivery of features through direct collaboration with a dedicated local squad.” Your next challenge /ph3Role Purpose /h3pSupports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our product proposition on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants. /ph3Business Responsibilities /h3pfrom scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of product KPIs and overall business results. /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3ulliWorks on revising the existing offering and defining for new offerings all core-product elements: target, value proposition, specs and requirements /liliDefines the product roadmap to realize this vision, working closely with IT team and development partners /liliDrives the product development and in‑life product management process /liliLeads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign‑off and release criteria /liliAssesses Risks Opportunities continuously makes course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process /liliIdentifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products/ develop new products /li /ulh3Certifications Requirements /h3pCertification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred. /ph3Education Requirements /h3pBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. /ph3Work Experience Requirements /h3p5 years of experience in product-centric environments (strongly KPI‑driven).
