STAGE MARKETING FARMACEUTICO – AREA EMATOLOGIA

ricerca per realtà biofarmaceutica internazionale specializzata in oncologia e impegnata nello sviluppo di trattamenti innovativi contro il cancro, una risorsa da inserire in stage nell'area Marketing di Prodotto â Ematologia .
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Marketing e, in affiancamento al Senior Marketing Product Manager, avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze nel marketing farmaceutico, partecipando allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione di progetti e iniziative in ambito onco-ematologico. Attività principali:Supporto alla creazione e gestione di materiali promozionali e contenuti scientifici destinati alla forza vendita, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e della normativa di riferimento.
Collaborazione alla pianificazione e realizzazione di campagne e iniziative di marketing.
Supporto all'organizzazione di congressi medico-scientifici, eventi e workshop aziendali.
Preparazione di presentazioni e materiali formativi per la forza vendita.
Analisi del mercato, dei trend di settore e delle attività dei competitor.
Collaborazione a progetti trasversali con i team Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory e Compliance.
Supporto al coordinamento di progetti e attività previste dal piano marketing di prodotto.
Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea, preferibilmente in Economia, Marketing, Business Management, Scienze Biologiche o discipline mediche.
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
Interesse per il marketing e per il settore farmaceutico.
Buone capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.
Attitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e capacità di rispettare le scadenze.
Curiosità , spirito d'iniziativa e predisposizione all'apprendimento.
Si offre:
Stage della durata di 6 mesi, rinnovabile.
Indennità di partecipazione pari a 1.000 euro lordi mensili.

Formazione sul campo e affiancamento da parte del tutor aziendale.
Possibilità di partecipare a progetti concreti di marketing farmaceutico, eventi scientifici e attività interfunzionali.
Possibilità di svolgere parte delle attività da remoto, compatibilmente con le esigenze organizzative e le policy aziendali.
Luogo di lavoro: Milano, zona Moscova.
