Experteer Overview
As a Technical Consultant in Philips' international project delivery team for EMEA, you will support installation and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions. You will work with Technical Leads, Project Managers, customers and R&D to ensure quality delivery aligned with designs and statements of work. You will design, build and integrate software solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. This role offers cross‑functional collaboration, hands‑on impact on healthcare IT projects, and a clear path to influence product decisions. - Scoping, designing, building, deploying and/or integrating solutions with detailed system builds, configuration and testing
- Analyze customer requirements (business, technical, clinical) to propose appropriate solutions and provide technical recommendations
- Resolve technical issues, provide proactive support, and liaise with R&D for root‑cause analysis; expedite as needed
- Maintain configuration management and version control; document solutions for onboarding and ongoing support
- Mentor and train customers; act as a customer advocate to inform product decisions
- Collaborate within the implementation project/service team and share expertise across projects
- Develop and deliver knowledge sharing and technical seminars; contribute to organizational learning
- Drive continuous improvement of methodology and service offerings based on feedback and the Philips Excellence Process Framework
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Good knowledge of Windows Server operating system
- 1–2 years programming experience with databases and SQL; scripting (e.g., Perl, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Hyper‑V, VMware, servers and storage)
- Intermediate networking knowledge
- Oracle Database knowledge is a plus
