- Act as the technical expert for our resistor product portfolio across the EMEA region.
- Support FAEs, sales teams, and customers with technical guidance and design-in assistance.
- Review customer specifications and recommend optimal resistor solutions.
- Support customer visits and key design opportunities alongside sales teams.
- Serve as a technical liaison for new product development from concept through to market release.
- Communicate New Product Introductions (NPI), Product Change Notifications (PCN), and Product Obsolescence Memos (POM).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (datasheets, reports, certifications, etc.).
- Contribute to marketing materials, training content, and product positioning.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and distribution partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in the electronic components industry.
- Background in passive components preferred (resistors highly desirable).
- Exposure to semiconductors or product management is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding of electronic component applications.
