Reliability Engineer - Power Electronics & HW Stress Testing

STMicroelectronics is seeking a reliability engineer to define stress strategies for HTOL, THB, bHAST, and other product-specific tests. You will evaluate durability, estimate lifetimes, and assess performance under varied operating conditions.
An essential background includes HW design and PCB development to ensure robust execution of stress strategies. You will analyze failure mechanisms and contribute to final technical reports in a global, collaborative setting.
