Position: Trainee (CA) – Finance & Accounts
Location: Kolkata
Reporting To: Finance Manager
Job Type: Full-timeRole Summary
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) / CA Inter to work on core finance functions including financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and real estate project accounting . The role offers direct exposure to RERA compliance, audit processes, and financial analysis in a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit deliverables
- Handle GST & TDS compliance, returns, and reconciliations
- Support RERA compliance, project-wise accounting, and revenue recognition
- Perform MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial data validation
- Manage ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliations, and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for compliance and reporting
- Qualified CA (mandatory)
- Strong conceptual clarity in Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance
- Working knowledge of Excel, Tally/ERP systems
High analytical ability, attention to detail, compliance orientation, and structured problem-solving
