Logistics Service Operations Lead

JD Logistics is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth daily service operations and support service teams across Logistics, Customer Service and IT. You’ll monitor SLA performance, coordinate with internal and external partners, and drive process improvements to boost service quality and efficiency.
The role requires a Bac+3+ in management or logistics, 1–3 years in similar roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
