- Understand key business challenges and develop data‑driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Define the data science roadmap and priorities with leadership
- Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models to forecast trends and optimize processes
- Analyze large datasets and present actionable insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Advise on and improve the data science pipeline to meet analytics needs
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to ensure data solutions meet requirements
- Stay updated with the latest data science, AI, and ML trends to enhance capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in data science with a track record of solving complex business problems using data
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align data science with business objectives
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn)
- Experience with SQL and large datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication to translate insights into business recommendations
