ph3Overview /h3pSupport the design, evolution and operational stability of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and its connected Talent Acquisition ecosystem, ensuring that recruitment processes, system functionalities, integrations, and data flows effectively support Talent Acquisition needs. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze Talent Acquisition requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. /liliSupport the configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of job requisitions, candidate profiles, application templates, recruiting workflows, interview scheduling, platform permissions, and offer processes. /liliAct as functional IT reference point for the Recruiting ecosystem. /liliCoordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enhancements, fixes, releases, and system changes. /liliSupport the functional analysis of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and connected platforms including career sites, assessment tools, identity systems, reporting tools, and downstream HR systems. /liliPrepare and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, track defects, and validate releases before deployment. /liliMonitor data quality and business processes, proposing corrective actions and sustainable improvements in line with business priorities and system capabilities. /liliDocument recruiting processes, system configuration, functional decisions, integration flows, and support procedures. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years of experience in HR IT Business Analysis, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. /lili1+ year of experience in IT roles supporting Talent Acquisition, ideally in complex, international or high-volume recruitment environments; experience in tourism, hospitality, maritime, retail or other workforce-intensive industries is an advantage. /liliFluent English is required; knowledge of Italian or other languages is considered an advantage. /liliExperience with ticketing tools like Jira, reporting tools, testing tools and processing documentation like Confluence platforms is an advantage. /liliStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand recruitment processes, identify gaps and translate business needs into structured requirements. /liliStructured and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to detail, ownership and the ability to manage priorities in a changing environment. /li /ulh3VISA Requirements /h3pRight to work in Italy /ph3What We Offer /h3pIn compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position. /ph3Contract /h3ulliType of contract: Permanent /liliApplicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra /liliGross annual salary (RAL): between €35.000 – €42.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments /liliMeal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day /li /ulpThe offer in terms of salary will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role. /ph3Welfare Wellbeing /h3pWe offer a range of Welfare Wellbeing initiatives as well as benefits including Productivity award, Health Insurance, Learning opportunities, flexible working hours, Employee Assistance Programme, Discounts Partnerships within the MSC group. /ph3Our Commitment /h3pWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
