Position: Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Freelance / Full-Time Availability Required) Location: Milan / Remote Language Requirements: English (Working language); Italian (Minimum B2 level is a strong plus) Compensation: Freelance contract with a fixed monthly fee About BYOS Media BYOS Media is a creative agency specialized in social media content production and influencer marketing based in Milan and Budapest. We work with leading brands in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and culture, producing content for clients including Ferragamo, Calvin Klein, Pandora, Fidenza Village, and leading creator campaigns for Istituto Marangoni. The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator with strong graphic design, video editing, and animation skills. This is a hands‑on execution role that also requires strong organizational capabilities, as you will act as a key point of contact for external partners during content production. What We Are Looking For

Expertise in Content Strategy and effective content creation. Strong graphic design and animation/motion skills with an eye for detail and a premium sense of aesthetics. Video editing skills with a genuine feel for social media pacing, dynamic transitions, and formats. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage external suppliers professionally. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar software. Deep understanding of Instagram as a platform (Stories, Reels, carousels). Ability to work across multiple brands and seamlessly adapt to different visual identities. Organized, reliable, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design static and animated templates/graphics for Instagram Stories and feed posts. Create motion graphics and text animations to elevate social content. Edit short‑form video content (Reels, Stories) with a strong sense of social media trends, pacing, and tone of voice. Coordinate and maintain daily communication with third‑party suppliers, including videographers, photographers, and modelling agencies, to ensure smooth content production workflows. Adapt brand assets into dynamic, platform‑ready animated and video content. Support the team with day‑to‑day content production for multiple clients. Maintain visual consistency across different brand identities. Manage social media channels and editorial plans in coordination with the client. Manage monthly reporting based on given KPIs and templates.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands. Existing familiarity or network with creative suppliers and agencies in Milan. Photography and video skills using an iPhone (DSLR/Mirrorless camera skills are a plus). Familiarity with CapCut, mobile editing tools, or AI‑based video and animation software. An established network of creators, influencers, and PR contacts in Italy.
