Italy Field Sales Manager: Dealer Growth & Strategy

Harley-Davidson Motor Company is seeking a Field Sales Manager to provide in-field dealer network support focused on P&L and sales growth, driving targets, and increasing ridership. You will build trusted advisory relationships with dealers, improve performance, and act as product expert for Harley-Davidson products across defined markets.
Responsibilities include developing market plans, forecasting, training dealers, and coordinating with field leadership to resolve issues.
