Ground Segment Engineering and Architectures

Overview

As a System Engineer at Thales Alenia Space, you will translate customer needs into robust system architectures and specifications. You will drive integration, verification and validation activities to ensure coherent, high-performing solutions for space projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to design command and control architectures and demonstrate solutions to clients. This role offers hands-on problem solving in a challenging aerospace environment and opportunities to grow across domains while mentoring others.

Responsabilità

• Analyze customer needs through studies, simulations, mock-ups, models or prototypes
• Formalize specifications and architecture to propose best solutions
• Prepare and conduct integration, verification and validation tests
• Define test plans and procedures for system-level testing
• Ensure technical integration and coherence of design, interfaces and performance
• Design the architecture of the command and control system
• Demonstrate the solution to the customer

Requisiti fondamentali

• Proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering and IVVQ activities
• Willingness to continuously update expertise and design innovative solutions
• Desire to strengthen expertise in conception, requirement management, development, test, integration or validation
• Ability to solve complex problems in a challenging environment
