Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist, you will shape compelling content concepts that strengthen brand identity, engage audiences, and drive marketing performance. You will oversee the creative process from concept development to execution, creating scripts for organic social content, advertisements, and campaigns. Working closely with the founders, you will contribute to strategic decisions and help brands stand out across competitive digital channels. By combining creative thinking, social media expertise, and performance analysis, you will continuously refine content strategies and improve campaign results. Accountabilities: As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of creative concepts that help established consumer brands strengthen their digital presence and achieve their marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end creative process for leading brands across the DACH market. - Developing innovative creative concepts and content strategies tailored to brand objectives and target audiences. - Writing scripts for organic social media content, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. - Collaborating closely with the founders to align creative initiatives with broader business and marketing strategies. - Analyzing campaign KPIs and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement. - Continuously testing and optimizing creative assets, messaging, and formats to maximize audience engagement and campaign effectiveness. - Monitoring social media trends, emerging formats, and high-performing content to inform creative decisions. - Contributing to the development of creative best practices and helping brands maintain a competitive edge across digital platforms.

Requirements: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive professional with a strong understanding of digital content and the ability to turn audience insights into effective creative concepts. The ideal candidate will bring: - Demonstrable experience in creative strategy, ideally within a marketing agency or brand environment. - A strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and emerging digital trends. - The ability to identify high-performing content and translate successful approaches into compelling creative concepts. - Experience developing scripts and concepts for organic social content, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. - Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills. - The ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve creative effectiveness. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong understanding of audience behavior and motivations. - A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution. - Full-time availability and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality work.
